Get started
Therapy is a journey we take together! First, consider whether you want to go individually, or whether your challenges are better suited to working with as a couple or family. One does not exclude the other – sometimes it can be very valuable to have meetings in different constellations.
Individuell Terapi
Personally designed therapy based on research-based methods to help you deal with, for example, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem and stress.
Couples therapy
Couples therapy to deeply strengthen cooperation, trust, joy and confidence together. A strengthening process that can be used both preventively and as support during crises in the relationship.
Family therapy
Therapy with the whole family, in any constellation, to understand and improve the dynamics of relationships, feel more security, pleasure, joy and harmony together.

Step 1: Book your first session
Email me with a brief description of what you, or you, are looking for, to begin the journey towards healing and change. Please tell me a little about the needs or challenges you would like help with, and I will get back to you soon with suggested times.

Step 2: First therapy session
At our first meeting, we focus on safety and understanding; creating a safe place where you can feel comfortable opening up and telling your story, and clarifying together what and how we can best work together.

Step 3: Therapy and development
We work together to ensure you get exactly the help you need best – you know YOU, I know the methods, and together we find your unique path to healing, self-esteem, freedom and well-being. Throughout the process, we have an open dialogue about what we are doing and adjust methods or goals as needed. In addition, you always have free access to email me between meetings for support, reflections, questions and concerns.
