At Himlafri Terapi, I strive to offer a safe place to heal, deeply and truly. There is room for both individual therapy, couples therapy and family therapy, with solid experience in working with relationship problems, trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-image/self-esteem, sleep, pain, and much more.

Jag erbjuder mitt tålamod och engagemang för att tillsammans arbeta mot en djupgående förändring. Vi kommer att utforska tidigare minnen för att hjälpa dig att lämna gamla smärtsamma och destruktiva mönster bakom dig, samtidigt som vi aktivt fokuserar på förändring här och nu, och framåt. Du kommer kanske upptäcka nya insikter om vad du innerst inne längtar efter och behöver, och vi kommer tillsammans finna vägar, stärka resurser och förmågor som tar dig dit. Min förhoppning är att mjukt och varmt vägleda dig,  hålla fokus stadigt på kärnan av det som är viktigt och hjälpa dig utveckla en växande känsla av självkänsla, självmedkänsla, fokus, frihet och mod.

The therapy is completely customized to your individual needs and is offered online, which many appreciate because it gives you the freedom to participate from home or wherever you are. You don't have to travel and can create an environment that feels safe and comfortable for you.

I have long and broad experience of working with a range of different approaches and methods, and can therefore make the therapy flexible and individually adapted to what suits you. If you want to know more about the specific methods, look in "posts".

Individual therapy

Av alla metoder för insikt och förändring är kanske IFS den terapiform jag värdesätter mest. Den är inte bara verksam för det man vanligtvis tänker på som ”trauma”, utan för att bearbeta alla de upplevelser, från barndom och framåt, man bär inom sig, och som fått ihållande konsekvenser på ens agerande, mående, relationer och självkänsla. Jag skulle beskriva det som en väg för att låsa upp möjligheter som tidigare känts otillgängliga, skapa förståelse för ”röran inom sig” och bana en framkomlig, tydlig väg för det som är kärnan i all framgångsrik terapi: insikt, förändring och växande i kropp, hjärta, känsloliv och sinne. Särskilt kraftfull blir metoden när den används inkännande och flexibelt, i kombination med den samlade visdomen från andra metoder, forskning och beprövade erfarenheter – som neurovetenskap, EMDR, somatisk terapi, ACT, CFT med flera. Nyckeln är alltid personlig anpassning, och att hitta en väg som passar just dig – jag kommer lyssna in vad just DU behöver. 

Couples therapy

I also work with couples therapy, and much of the knowledge is linked to the psychology of the individual. The individual affects the relationship, and the relationship affects the individual. In couples therapy, I primarily work in depth with problematic attachment patterns (especially with EFT and IFS) that you have every opportunity to heal together with your partner. 

The work consists of discovering the painful patterns that arise in your interactions, both during and between sessions, and with compassion for each other, trying new ground, new ways of speaking, helping, supporting and being with each other, while turning inward and healing your own wounds, so that the relationship can become a source of joy, security and satisfaction. 

Couples therapy does not exclude individual sessions, where each person has the opportunity to deepen their self-awareness and work with personal difficulties, which can be redemptive and strengthening for the relationship.

Family therapy

As an extension of the above, I also have experience working with family constellations and the group dynamics that arise when more people live, work, play, and seek both freedom and closeness together. Sometimes you end up in destructive patterns and vicious circles that may need to be reconsidered, loosened and thereby lead to a liberation where everyone can come into their own in a way that expresses their full potential and satisfaction.

I also have experience in therapy with children and their special needs for concrete, imaginative, creative and empathetic tools and methods.

Individual therapy

Couples therapy to deeply strengthen cooperation, trust, joy and confidence together. A strengthening process that can be used both preventively and as support during crises in the relationship.

Family therapy

Therapy with the whole family, in any constellation, to understand and improve the dynamics of relationships, feel more security, pleasure, joy and harmony together.
